Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping within Belgium – 2–5 business days – €5,40
- Free shipping within Belgium on orders over €120
International Shipping We ship to the EU, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. International delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at 2 - 8 business days after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Myth and Notions is not liable for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. We are unable to predict or control these charges.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment's progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at smpowzun@gmail.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
